Our client, a dedicated student at Deakin University enrolled in the MIS201: Business Requirements Analysis course, faced the challenge of Assignment 3—a complex project requiring a comprehensive business process model (BPMN) for a digital platform. The assignment, graded at 74/100 (DI score), secured the client a spot among the top-performing students in their class.

Challenge

The assignment was no ordinary task. It demanded the creation of a BPMN 2.0-compliant model for a second-hand outdoor retail platform. The model had to reflect intricate interactions between sellers, buyers, and the platform itself. With additional requirements like a points-based rewards system and seamless integration with payment services, the complexity was overwhelming.
